Flat Roof Installation

We were called out to a property in Alsager in Cheshire that had a leak in their flat roof. 
The leak was caused by a previous company who took a short cut, they covered the old stone roof with EPM rubber without removing the old damaged roofing material. Rain water had been pooling through wear and tear and the weather conditions. We had to strip the roof back, removing all the old damaged felting material, then reboard and raise the roof 3in so the rain water could run off the roof, as it should. Then installing the epdm rubber roof material.  Needless to say, the customer was very happy and satisfied with our work.
